22nd Annual Pig Roast in Need of Volunteers- On Sunday, August 22nd from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, the Hobart Chamber of Commerce will be hosting it's Annual Pig Roast. Volunteers are needed for three areas: Set Up, Ticket Sales, & Take Down. If you are interested in donating two hours of your time, please call the Chamber at 219-942-5774.

Lake County Prosecutor, Bernard Carter to Speak on August 11th- Please join us for a 12:00 noon lunch and hear remarks by our Lake County Prosecutor, Bernard Carter. Lunch is $15.00 if you RSVP to the Chamber and $17.00 at the door. Please RSVP to the Chamber at 219-942-5774.

Become a Hobart Chamber Volunteer

The engine that makes the Hobart Chamber of Commerce successful is it's Committee Structure. Committees generally consist of a Chairperson, Co-Chairperson and up to fifteen Volunteers, and it is those Volunteers that run the Committees. The Committees make all the major decisions surrounding the field of expertise, briefing the Chamber Board of Directors on an "As required Basis." Meetings are generally held once a month with a one hour time limit (We at the Chamber value your time). To become a Chamber Volunteer, simply give the staff a call at 219-942-5774 or email them at info@hobartchamber.com.

You can be assured that by serving on a Committee, you will make the very most from your Chamber Membership.
